According to the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Text with EEA relevance), organizers of “How Can We Fight Food Waste Through Innovation and Collaboration?” event (the “Event”), kindly inform that:
1) The controllers of your data are: EIT Food CLC North-East Sp. z o.o. and Paulig Ltd.
2) Your personal data is processed on the basis of art. 6 par. 1a of the General Data Protection Regulation (a consent to the processing of personal data).
3) Your personal data is processed in order to carry out the Event.
4) Your personal data are also subject to privacy policies of Paulig Ltd. and Eventbrite.
5) Providing your personal data by yourself is voluntary, in the event of failure to do so, you will not be able to take part in the Event.
7) You have the right to request from the controllers access to and rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing concerning the data or to object to processing as well as the right to data portability.
8) You have the right at any time to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data by sending a message to the following address: ris@eitfood.eu. Please note that the withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
9) Your personal data will be stored until your consent to the processing of data is revoked by you, but not less than for the period of 5 years from the date of the payment of the balance of the project, in accordance with the principles of the Horizon Europe program.
10) You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you decide that the processing of your personal data violates the regulations of the General Regulation.
11) The controllers do not intend to transfer your personal data to a third country or international organisation.
12) Your personal data is not subject of neither automated decision-making, nor profiling.
