Paulig, a market leader in Tex Mex, continues to grow by commencing salsa and sauce production at its Saue factory in Estonia following an investment of 10 million EUR. The Saue factory, which has been producing spices, spice mixes, and marinades for the Santa Maria brand, serves over 30 different markets.

“The opening of the new tomato salsa and sauce production line is a strategic move to expand our growth and solidify our standing as a leader in the Tex Mex category throughout Europe. As the demand for Tex Mex continues to surge across the continent, our new salsa production line in Saue, Estonia positions us to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
